Buy the Ticket First

Lead by example and by saying that, it means that you’ve got to be the first one in your team to get the ticket of the event you are promoting.

This gives your team the heads up as you are promoting initially on your social media team group… that you are all in ready take your business to the next level.

Leadership starts with showing up… showing up to events to mix and mingle with the top earners and top performers is when decisions are made.

Have a 1 On 1 Chat with Your Directs

Most people tag their team in posts they see of an event of their company and guess what, that does not work.

I’ve done it before but I have learned from my mentors that you need the human touch when it comes to promoting events.

You’ve got to schedule a 1 On 1 meeting with your directs (if they live abroad set up a skype or zoom call) and ask them these couple of questions,

What is the main reason you are doing this business? What do you need in order to grow your business? 

Whatever they are searching for, they will find at the training event.

Make it about them not about anything else.

Listen more during that session and then share stories of how events changed people situations and plug them in by edifying/promoting who is going to speak at the event.

That is a game changer.

Talk about it

A great promotional tool is getting the actual speaker or speakers on a webinar or a conference call with you and your team to pour in some value.

What happens actually there (on the webinar/conference call) is that your team will get to know the caliber of speaker/s that will be at the event/training.

This build also credibility and also excitement to recruit to promote instead of promoting to recruiting.

If you find any other material of the speakers (like videos of previous trainings or audios) schedule to share it during presentations or team gatherings and on your social media team group.

Share the Vision Of What’s Going To Happen
