4 Quadrants of Network Marketing

It is one of the biggest unknown industries that generate billions of dollars and many are uneducated about it. I am talking about Network Marketing which is a direct selling process that somehow many people out there are not aware that first it is legit and second it is a cold stone fact that is a better way than other business.

4 Quadrants of NWMIt is also a fact that if a family earns $300 – $500 more in a month the poverty level will go down by a lot. Yet people buy others opinions rather than ask, discuss and communicate with people who can guide them and educate them in this brilliant industry.

On the other hand many take this business for granted and because they treat it like a hobby they won’t get rewarded as their mindset is completely off as it should be. One of the best things in network marketing is that it is a low-cost start-up fee (no need to invest thousands of dollars in capital) and that you have a successful proven system in place to help you build your business.

For me I broke it down into these 4 Quadrants that will make it easier understand that like any other business you need to work hard as this is not a get rich quick scheme like many paint it or many think it is. Being persistent and be willing to grow yourself are facts that anyone can do it if they are willing to put sweat equity in it.

Does everybody achieve success? Of course not. Just like any other business those who put focus, are coachable, follow the system, take action and never quit will succeed.

I wanted to highlight the 4 Quadrants of Network Marketing that without any of them you want get far.

1. Big Why

What is the reason you started in Network Marketing? This is the first quadrant one should really focus on. I see people quit or fail simply because they do not have a Big WHY. If you are doing the business just for the money, you are on the wrong road. First, you have got to have a reason or a purpose why you started in the first place and why you are doing it. You see, this is the most important thing to have and to set up prior to begin working on your home-based business. A lot quit easily, because they started just to make money and never wrote their why. Then when they hit their first obstacles in their business, they give up. Your why is your driving force, you are emotionally attached to it and you will do everything for it.

2. Work Hard Work Smart

If you are lazy you either make a change or seek other ventures. Network Marketing is a platform for those who put effort, time and develop the skills you need to be successful. What I love most in this second quadrant is that when you work hard and work smart there is a reward waiting for you… so it is worth every effort you make. In the beginning you are going to work hard, very hard but as your organization grows you will work hard + work smart as you will have a team to lead and to empower.

3. Fun + Passion

The third quadrant of Network Marketing is to have Fun doing it and have Passion for the product or service that you are promoting. If you are not having fun doing it most probably you are not having success with it. Use the product or service and blog about it or make a serious videos that will educate others in your niche or new people that are looking in a new opportunity to take on board. Automatically once you have passion it will show on video or on the blog post that you are writing. This third quadrant will help you especially if you lack the skill to recruit. What you lack in skill you do with enthusiasm.

4. Massive Action

Without action one cannot get any results at the end. It is irrelevant to know everything about your business (like every detail) as they won’t get you the results to grow your Network Marketing business. In the beginning you will encounter people who get started with you and instead of taking massive action, they want to study the compensation plan, the products/service etc… Those are not productive things to do. Many will remain active (watching and getting to know everything before they do the business) but those who are productive (those who expose the business, prospect new people, talk to people) will get the results.

In my business I observe the new people I recruit as some will take it slow which sucks and few are those who take it fast which is fun. Focus on working with those who are ready to put their running shoes on and commit to dedicate a season out of their life to win and change their life.

Did you get Value out of this or did this Help You? If so, I would greatly appreciate if you commented below and shared it on Facebook or other social media.
