#1 Having a Team Website with Automated System
The No.1 key out of the 8 Keys to Organize Successful Network Marketing Events is to have a place where your team members can find out where the events and business opportunity meetings are happening worldwide.
If you are reading this and maybe you are afraid asking yourself (how the heck can I do this?)… no worries!
First if your upline haven’t created one, step up (that’s what true leaders do) and you can hire someone from upwork or fiverr to do it for you.
This way your team members can insert their events that are happening in their area by logging them in and everyone in your organization can have access to this.
So imagine having a team in multiple countries like myself, having this system will prevent from creating a hassle and easily plug in people to the next event in their area.
This will put you in a position that you are coordinating your whole network and will be easy to support your team globally.
#2 Having a Loop System
After spending thousands of dollars in events, I really understood the power of this.
Certainly you have heard about StarBucks or McDonalds right, they are always open (in most countries), they have the opening and closed hours always the same.
So if you have a Business Opportunity Event in Glendale, Arizona on Tuesday at 8.00pm it must be every time the same without changing the time and date.
Imagine having this system all over your state, country or multiple countries.
This will create trust in people… so have a fixed location in loop (scheduled every week).
#3 Quality Location
In the beginning I made that mistake that I did events in dodgy places.
Places like snack bars etc…
Since day one select great places that are quality for your events.
Go for nice hotels or business hotels that speaks business.
This will help you target quality people and makes an impact in your market.
So people will feel and see that this is a professional setup plus environment and this filters away from those medium low people.
#4 Reduce chairs
The 4th key out of the 8 Keys to Organize Successful Network Marketing Events is reduce the chairs from the hall (have more chairs standby).
When you arrive at higher level you can get a system that will tell you how many people are going to attend the event.
For now, if you know you that 50 people are coming, prepare around 36 chairs. (40% ratio)
If more people come to the event add more chairs.
This helps the energy to be more compact and there are no chairs empty that lowers the energy.
You can tell people “Sorry, we did not expect all these people to show up tonight :)”.
It is a good problem to have.
#5 Do Not Pay the Hall
So after the event (try to keep it not longer than 45 mins as people will be overloaded with information and they fear that) so say less to more people.
Then you can go further in more details after if they want to.
After the event they go and eat at the restaurant of the hotel with a pre planned short menu that cost around $15, $20 depends on the location.
So these people who goes to eat are paying for the hall.
I suggest you to make a deal with the hotel regarding this and you will find that the hotel will be happy about this.
Usually in hotels on a Tuesday night they will be quite and they will accept this deal.
#6 Select team members that are prepared
If you just got started do the presentation yourself, if you have already a team ask them to do it.
Have people who already got results (it could be your sponsor or upline) who makes an impact when sharing their story at an event like this.
Do not get someone who just got started with zero results and without any sort of preparation as this will influence the room and it will create a disaster (meaning low signup ratio).
During the meeting if you are involving team members, make sure they know how to do testimonials and share their story.
If you involve people who doesn’t know what they are talking about, mis-information they can ruin the whole night and event.
So select people who are top in presentation if that’s you, you do it… if you have other people ask them to do it.
#7 Business Attire
This is huge as we learned from this mistake (living in a 360 days of sun and on an island).
There must be a level of attire/standard for these events and not everyone can come dressed as they prefer.
Once I understood that image is a fundamental part of the puzzle, if the presenter and representatives are dressed in a business attire, you have created an different environment… a business and professional environment.
If you invite people or you allow people in the hall who are dressed with sandals and tank tops (believe me these things happen), this will put the energy in the hall down drastically.
So you can put a sign at the door saying “Business Attire is Requested”.
If you have people showing up not dressed well, you accommodate them outside and invite them to come next time dressed as requested at this event.
This will have a higher prestige that is not open for everybody and you have a more professional environment.
#8 Social Proof Video
This last and 8th key out of the 8 Keys to Organize Successful Network Marketing Events is a big one in my opinion.
So when the people are entering the hall and perhaps you are adding more chairs you need to have a video playing of your company events on a loop.
The video could be taken from your company convention or big event that shows a big number of people (like tens of thousands of people).
That way the people who are stepping in the hall are watching this and they are seeing that this is something HUGE!
This creates more social proof as you know that people goes to eat in full restaurants so you are giving another dimension that in your company there are tens of thousands of people involved and this event you are hosting is just a small one compared to what they are seeing on screen.
This key will give you a huge advantage both when you play the video in the beginning of the event and also at the end of the presentation.
