Things to Know Before You Go & Promote the Event
There are few things you must know before you start promoting a network marketing event. You can use these even for other type of events.
Know Who is Speaking at the Event
Learn a little bit who is going to speak at the event. Their background and especially their achievements (results).
Promote the trainer/s because of the value they will bring in the marketplace and not the event itself.
If you can get the speaker/s of the event do a webinar/call or shoot a video it is a great validation tool that will increase your team signing up to the event they are speaking at.
Do not hesitate to reach out to them if you can. (Do what’s uncomfortable)
This is a gold ticket really as before I used to make this mistake in promoting the event and not the trainer/s.
Location & Dates
When is the event’s going to happen.
If you know the location information prior to start promoting you can organize better how to get their and especially accomodation etc.
This will help your team a lot because this is usually the burden for team mates as they do not know where to start to plan.
Post/Publish the schedule for the event so your team will know about the details.
If you are doing a team session or organizing a team dinner let them know in advance as when people travel they tend to miss out on social media posts most of the times.
