Many may think that top leaders in their network marketing company have no regrets in their journey towards their success reaching top ranks in their compensation plan. That’s absolutely not true!

I guess they are human beings and surely they had their moments too… just like you. So what are their biggest regrets?!?

#1 MLM Leaders Biggest Regret – Showing More Faster

In many events that I have been to especially the last 2-3, I have listened to 3 leaders and trainers in the company I am with saying that one of their biggest regrets is that if they would start today, they would go a show more faster than they did the first time. Most people look for quality, top MLM Leaders are looking for quantity because in the quantity they find the quality.

#2 MLM Leaders Biggest Regret – Getting a Mentor

In the ups and downs of the business, when one hit a plateau and get stuck, MLM Leaders revealed that if they could have reached out to a mentor earlier who guided them to raise the bar to achieve their goals, they would have done it earlier. Getting a mentor is a fundamental factor one reaches the top 1% in your network marketing business. Yes you can follow someone who has got what you want but having a mentor that you can often talk with and strategize your next move is something that MLM Leaders said it is a must!

As a network marketer, you are in business to build leaders so they build the business. Now, spotting your leaders earlier is a factor that top leaders have mentioned while they are building their business. The faster you realized that this is not about you but about others, is the moment you will observe who can be the next leader in your team that is looking to step up and lead. Now, helping them to rise because they deserve your time is a great time investment that many MLM Leaders regret for not doing earlier as they were too focused on reaching their goals.
