#1 Do Not Recruit People Using Facebook

Are you positioning yourself on this platform?

You see most people are on facebook but they are not using facebook the right way in order to build their business.

It is a mistake I did in the past.

So after you have got some results (using your hot/warm market) then what?

It will be the perfect time to start using Facebook as a platform for longevity using attraction marketing.

The main reason I suggest you to do it (focusing) after you have exposed your hot/warm market is because if you start immediately on facebook it will deviate your attention from exposing and getting some results which also means experience having objections and no’s.

#2 Do not mention your Company

Now 2nd point of having success using passive recruiting tips on facebook is never mention your company on your posts.

I see a lot of people posting using their company name and that their company is the best one in the world and that we are better than the other company.

That is the worst approach ever!

#3 Clean up your profile from previous photos

Check you facebook photos from when you started your profile and remove photos of crazy things you captured in the past that are not so proud to show (like photographed drunk, doing obscene gestures or even a video where you caught swearing etc…) you got my point.

Reason being that people who come on your profile might check out your photos from the past and that is when the judging bell starts to ring in their mind.

So clean it up in a way that it looks professional and leave the posts that shows joy, positivity and happiness.

That way people will weigh you in a different way as a winner in life.

#4 Always be positive (No Whining)

Through your facebook profile, you need to be seen as a positive person and that is always positive towards life.

Also that you love life, you are happy and your posts are coming from a person who have a different perspective out of live.

We all know from the live feeds on facebook, people share stuff about politics, robberies perhaps… unpleasant situations.

So unfollow these kind of people and avoid these negative posts.

People go on facebook to relax and to socialize.

#6 Publish Motivational/Inspirational Videos

Post motivational/inspirational videos either by sharing the link from youtube and post them directly.

People love these kind of videos as we all need motivation daily.

Also you can use Facebook Live and perhaps share something inspirational that you have encountered.

Post neutral/general things and do not side one way as if you do you will be stamped that way and you loose these people who have a different ideology than you do.

#8 Talk about your Positive Lifestyle (Family, Sport, Hobbies)

Show your positive lifestyle!

You have to transmit the message on your profile that you are living life, doing great things.

If you have a bad day try to avoid posting about it (my honest suggestion)… again as people want to be surrounded by positive people and not by people who are continuously whining!

#9 Authorize the tags and posts on your profile

Watch for those tags… they can be lethal!

Monitor who is ‘Tagging’ you in photos and in videos.

You can go on Facebook Settings>Timeline & Tagging>Turn Who can post on my timeline to ONLY YOU.

That way you are in control if you accept the tag authorization.

People tag you for various reasons and it could be they tag you in pictures where in a wedding you where tipsy so that way you can control to not accept it on your wall.

That protects your brand.

#10 Create video testimonials

You can post video testimonials from public events without any hype from people who have an inspirational story that can add value to your facebook followers or success stories from your team members without mentioning your company’s name.

That creates social proof and more curiosity of what you are doing as people are always watching you.
