First you’ve got to have the correct mentality and attitude along with your efforts.
Don’t expect immediate success… if you do, you are fooling yourself. To make it clear: this is not a get rich quick over night scheme. No one is guaranteeing you anything. The only guarantee is YOU.
Most people quit within a period of 90 days. Whoever joins my team with one eye I see them quit in their first 30 days and with another eye I see them be the superstars in my team. Yes, you’ll recruit people who will be gone quickly.
“You will quit on you before I will quit on you”.
Here is the way it is my friends. People are people… and that won’t change! Some join with the wrong expectations and will leave at the first bump or first sign of actual “work”.
This is like any other business where you invest vast resources, time and energy to make it work. “Making it” calls for commitment, focus and using the best available network marketing recruitment strategies.

Ethics & Integrity at all costs – Whatever I do is all about being ethical & with high integrity. Don’t be one of those people who exaggerates or live by the hype. There’s no need for that.
Respect your potential team members. Don’t argue with them. Be real, which means to simply be “you”. Try as much as possible to create a quality relationship. Let them see the person in you before they see the business part.
Leverage the power of social media – Social Media has become a marketing platform for many network marketers. Facebook and Twitter make it easy to identify your best prospects.
Just don’t be a “shouter”. Don’t post about your great products or opportunity. Instead, post quality tips and help around the solutions you provide. This builds trust. It invites questions. It opens the door to build a relationship. It is called Social Media not Sell-cial Media.
Learn how to market – Educate yourself on the best ways to market your business. If you are bad at selling increase your marketing ways.
To build it big you have to use the appropriate marketing tools to share your products & opportunity. My best advice is to master different marketing techniques one at a time.
Don’t overwhelm yourself. It’s easy to get confused.
