Below I share with you the Top Networker Mentality Secrets that will unlock something in your mind and truly will help you understand how to think like one.
#1 Practice sport for releasing
The 1st of the 5 Secrets to Develop a Top Networker Mentality is to practice sport that makes you drop a sweat.
As you build your network marketing business and you give 100% eventually you will end up having a burnout.
High levels of stress can put you out of focus or you will will end up having a psychological downfall due to this.
There are some networkers that have left the industry because of not handling pressure in order to achieve higher ranks and that has affected their business.
So to deal with this, do sport that involves you to move your whole body where you are sweating and you need to breathe.
This will help you get out of that mental restrain.
So for me I love to go running after 15mins it is like I cleansed my mind as both mind and breathe are not thinking about my stressful thoughts and after the run it is like I have pushed the reset button.
That will allow you to see your organization in a completely different way.
So when you feel you are not focused or distracted go for a run or do some sport that makes you sweat (not gym or golf) and after your workout you will feel different and see things different.
In my opinion if more networkers do some sport, the rate of failure will be far less than it is now due to less stress and bad attitude.
#2 Free yourself from Dark Horses and the Negative ones
Being a newbie or a seasoned networker, you will notice that not everyone is cut to reach certain levels in the compensation plan.
There are far more chickens then there are eagles… we all know it.
So, if you have people in your organization who didn’t put enough effort and they do not have results can turn into a negative mode.
That can effect the team as they transmit negativity around.
So accept that most people will do 30% so don’t expect them give 100%.
#3 Create more Lineages
The 3rd of the 5 Secrets to Develop a Top Networker Mentality is to create more lineages in your network marketing business because people quit all the time.
As humans we are creatures of habits and quitting is a habit most people have.
People quit their jobs, their marriage, their dreams.
So share your business opportunity to build more lines (people you personally enroll) and do not rely on 2-3 lines only.
Having 10-12 lineage helps you to build stability and that way you are not fearing your downline.
Never stop building new lineages, your organization should be wide and deep.
That way you are more mentally secure that if 2 lines quit you still have that strength.
#4 True Leaders are found
True Leaders are not created, not formed but they are found.
This is a mistake I have done in the past to try are create or form leaders but it wasn’t that.
The leaders I am talking about that will help you catapult your business you find them by digging the ditch into your organization.
Maybe one thinks that I have to create them and the answer is no, they step up and starts his journey alone.
It is great to have leaders in your team who are better than you that surpass you (that’s the beauty of Network Marketing).
This can only happen after you have flipped the cards from the deck.
A deck of cards has 52 cards and there are 4 Aces.
You don’t know where they are, they could be on top, at the bottom or dispersed.
The only way you will find those leaders is to flip these cards fast.
#5 Never have expectations
The last of the 5 Secrets to Develop a Top Networker Mentality is to never have expectations as this creates a lot of people quitting the business.
So your best friend joins the team and you think he is going to be your ace and then all of a sudden he does nothing or maybe he quits and joins another company (these things happen).
Do not have an emotional attachment with the outcome.
I see many people get frustrated because their brother joined another company and now they will not talk to them.
That is wrong attitude as it is a business and potentially it will destroy you mentally and will put you down into what I call network marketing depression.
So if you know that you have a wide and deep organization structure you will not expect things from others as you continue to build.
It is part of the process.
With this way of thinking if someone this month doesn’t do anything you are ok with it as you did not expect it and if they do that’s ok because you did not expect it either but it will help you grow your business.
