Well, I’ve seen hundreds of ads saying to buy leads etc… I simply do not agree one should buy leads, as for the simple fact that once you read this post, you will know how to get more qualified leads in your home-based business. These 3 ways how to get more qualified leads in your home-based business are simple and effective if you do them consistently.
Now, if you are in a negative infested area/neighbourhood get out of there and do not waste time and focus in that area. I’ve been there and I tell you what it is a No go. Instead you have to be able to filter and qualify leads depending which home-based business you are targeting. For example if you have a weight loss business target people in areas where people who have weight loss issues or they need to lose weight hang out. As I always say, lead always with the product and share stories.
3 Ways to Get More Qualified Leads in your Home-Based Business are:
1. Talk to People
So if you learn this skill, you will do amazing things in your home-based business. Yes, talking to people asking ‘genuine’ questions. Question them your interest to know them so you can see how you can help them with your product and/or business. Some questions to ask…
- What goals do you have?
- How does that make you feel?
- What is the first thing that pops to mind, that you like about your job?
- How serious are you to change that?
2. Attend Networking Events
This is something that opened a door for me a few years ago. I always pre-judged these events because I’ve never been. Once I went once, I got addicted. The reason why is that in these events you are open to learn something new. Guess what the other people are doing the same right? They are seeking new information to become better. That is a chance where you can get in touch with new people that might lead you to a person who one day can become your business partner. Always introduce yourself and smile. Some questions I ask are:
- Are you from this area?
- You come often to these types of events?
- How do you like it so far? Which part you loved most?
3. Social Networks Interaction
Nowadays feels like everyone is on social networks. That is another potential source for you getting red hot leads. First of all starting with your ‘profile’. Make sure it is meaty… meaning that is well put and filled, with a nice picture of you smiling. You want to attract positive people, have a positive looking photo. There are many fb groups and pages out there. Start researching those groups where what you offer in your business is related too. Generally in those groups you will have people who want/looking for/need that product or service. Make a goal to connect with some of the people (track them). Make sure you read and study their profile so you can start a conversation. Always build relationship with the people… that is the beauty of networking. Comment on their posts and interact with them!
