The experience of meeting with 6 Figure Earner Don Morton!

A few days ago, Don Morton was just a name for me but that changed the moment I heard him speak and sharing his success story together with his business partner Lina. They have certainly touched and will continue to touch hundreds and thousands of people especially from 18-25 years of age aiming to break the Status Quo.

I had to opportunity to meet Don Morton who is a top income earner within our company in a conference we had in Malta. With his humble approach he instantly connected with us and the rest of the locals.

Who is Don Morton?

As a farm boy from Phoenix, Arizona he had only one skill… to milk cows. But developing skills through his career he moved on to work as a financial planner for 25 years, when he decided that working 9 to 5 is not the path he wanted to seek. Don Morton was looking for something that he can change people’s lives. Thanks to his long-time friend he discovered a better way.

With the opportunity that he was given (which was just 9 months old at that time) he saw something different with the idea, the people behind it and the vision where this is going.

Don Morton on a mission to impact more Millennials

Don started to work on it sharing it with the people in his neighborhood and his community until one fine day his mum, shared the idea with a teenage girl (they used to work together) who asked Don’s mum… “Can I make $400 a month with this opportunity?” Don’s mum replied “I do not know, ask Donny”. That was the beginning of the connection with the Millennials and Generation Y.

Through this young lady he found a 19 year old college student who became a leader and together with the team these students put over 30,000 people and are being called the RAT Pack (Retired At Twenty) movement. They are challenging the Status Quo! With Don Morton’s leadership and mentorship these young entrepreneurs are becoming financially independent. He planted a seed years ago which he is seeing the fruits of labour now and leaving a legacy for the years to come.

While in Malta, Don Morton ignited a flame with the millennials hearing him out in the audience and that is just the beginning of their journey of achieving something that their parents couldn’t with the 40/40/40 Plan. For my books Don Morton is a living legend that although he is not on facebook, doesn’t know how to use a computer and not a techy guy, he managed to build an organization of over 65,000 people because of who he is and of who he has become. A humble person of respect, integrity and vision.

Ask yourself, if time and financial freedom are possible to be achieved at the age between 18 – 25, why do you choose to struggle till 60 when there is a better way?.
