Few days ago, I happened to be on a webinar and I was excited to hear about these 5 Pillars to become a Top Earner in Network Marketing that opened my mind up to a whole new level. I wanted to share these pillars with you as I know that you were looking for this for a very long time.

5 Pillars to become a Top Earner in Network Marketing are:

1. Powerful Mindset

A Top Earner in Network Marketing have a different mindset than the average people. They monitor their language and they do not manifest disappointment, bad energy and negativity. So, watch what you say!

Here are some points on how to improve your Mindset;

Events – Attend Events to witness where people are winning despite their struggles and obstacles. Events will increase your Belief.
Courses – You must invest in courses to add more value to your audience. Once you invest in yourself you grow and you can help others easily.
Stay in Action – You must be in the Game… keep growing, attending and building no matter what.

2. Lead Generation

This Pillar is crucial for a Top Income Earner. Who would you love to get in touch with?

Nowadays having a blog is a great way to generate more leads especially as you are giving value with information and you are increasing credibility. If you have a blog already make sure that you build that relationship with them. Have you ever reached out to them, what is holding them back or what is they are struggling most in so you can help them?

Answer… what people want? It is helping to solve a problem. Once you help them they will start following you and they can be the right leads that will eventually join you in your venture as you were an expert for them.

3. Prospecting & Recruiting

All Top Income Earners keep prospecting & recruiting new people every day and they do not stop. Here are some Tips that will help you win big at this Pillar.

Overcome FEAR to talk to People – If you got stuck in the last 6 months without enrolling people in your team, get better at marketing. When you get better at Marketing, people will reach out to you.
Warm Market Burnt Out – I believe in Warm Market but not only in Warm Market. If you have a Burnt Warm Market & you are 100% sure none of your warm market will never join your opportunity or buy your product, you can call them saying this… “Hey I’m doing this business. I do not think this business is a fit for you but I think you might like the product”.
Closing Hold Up – The best question askers WIN. As a matter of fact 90% of the people they won’t join because they have never been asked. If they say No, thank them and ask for referrals.

4. Team Building & Duplication

You might have seen but you never thought of it, that Top Income Earners inspire their team every time. You inspire your team not motivate them. If you want to build a big team work on inspiring the team as that factor plays a huge part in the team building process.

You have to avoid Self Sabotage (stop doing personal presentations and you become the trainer guy). Self-sabotage tends to linger in our lives because of a lack of self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence, and self-belief. Likewise, we suffer from self-sabotage patterns because we are unable to manage our emotions effectively. We tend to react to events, circumstances and people in ways that hinder our progress and prevent us from reaching our goals and objectives.

Top Income Earners have Daily Routines as Time Management determines their results. Here are some crucial tips;

Hold a Daily Routine Schedule – “It isn’t a matter of time, it is a matter of hunger”. Have a plan on how to execute to grow and scale your business daily.
Do Not Do Non Duplicable Things – Saying the same things to different people or sometimes the same people. Top Income Earners do not explain to every individual in their team the same thing again and again but they guide them to the information whether it is a call, a blog post, an event or a webinar. Start documenting and achieving everything so it is easy to share!
Team System – Everything your downline asks you should be a system. Use their questions, guide them to the documented information (that is out there for everyone). Leverage the information & content.

We tend to help individuals to feel insignificant. It is based on hunger not in instructions!
