Type 1 – Multipliers

These are leaders that steps up and they drive their team to the next level. They are self driven and promote events.

Type 2 – Adders

These type of people will bring people to the meeting and they participant. Though they have a non leadership role.

Type 3 – Subtracters

These type are the ones who pay their monthly fees or purchase the products.

Type 4 – Dividers

These people are a cancer to your team, they show up but they don’t do anything. They cause issues and create frictions.

So you need to be the Multiplier and eventually you will attract other Multipliers. You need to spend time with your leaders and pour value into them. Step up, Stand out and get at it.
