Facebook Recruiting: Targeting Your Ideal Prospects
Who are your ideal target market? First you must identify who are your ideal prospects before you start bashing out people. Simply identifying this will save you a ton of time believe me :).
So what you need to do is to pre-qualifying your prospects first.
The best place to find prospects are great groups or great pages that there is value being shared everyday. Remember I said value not spamming links! As great group, search for groups to join who are in your state, country or area that hits your ideal target. For example if you are in Health & Fitness search and join groups or pages that are related to that niche such as (gyms, yoga, health clubs etc…). Stay away from’Work from Home type of groups’ as the people you find there are not the type of people you should want in your business.
As for pages (which are my top priority) I love to follow great leaders both in the company that I am with, also leaders with a purpose in the world like (Robert Kiyosaki, Dani Johnson, Robin Sharma, Darren Hardy, Grant Cardone & John C. Maxwell) just to name a few as they have tens of thousands and some of them millions of followers that have the same mindset like YOU or are open minded to new opportunities in their life.
Great Tip – See who is commenting there and who is engaging in those groups or pages, like their comment and see if they qualify when you go on their profile. (read below)
Another way you can search for ideal prospects on Facebook is by going on the search bar (as show in the image)
The 4 Personalities of Your Ideal Prospects
LMLV – (Low Maintenance Low Value People)
When you check their facebook profiles out, you can already see what kind of content they share there. Most of these people do not complain but also they are not active much. They does not produce and ultimately not the ideal target market to contact nor to partner up in business.
HMLV – (High Maintenance Low Value People)
These kind of people are whiners, complainers and they are really really needy. You see them post or share invaluable content, negative press, fighting videos, conflict posts etc… They complain on everything and not worth your time. Do you want to grow a business with complainers? Stay Away from these type of personalities and do NOT waste your precious time to contact them.
HMHV – (High Maintenance High Value People)
These people you see them wanting attention posting a lot of selfy photos although they also provide value on their facebook. They are good prospects but they need your guidance to be able to move forward. You are going to invest time in developing them so it is worth it.
LMHV – (Low Maintenance High Value People)
The Get Things Done type of people. You never see them complain but very active in their posts and content value on their facebook. Possible Leaders in Your team (even if they do not know it yet) These are the best kind of people you should plant the seed to prospect. Definitely your Targeting Ideal Prospects to look out for! Those who join your team when you plug them into your duplicable system they will thrive.
Bottom line when you are Targeting Your Ideal Prospects on Facebook
- Use Your Instincts
- Use Your Common Sense
- Monitor their Behavior
- Monitor if they have some kind of following
