Do you have people in your team who doesn’t follow the system? Here is Why…
#1 Do they know about your Team Success Proven System?
Make them aware that you’ve got a system in place that is working in your team. This facilitate for having new team members trying to create a new unproven system but also facilitate their growth if they follow your guidance utilizing the proven system that you and your team are using.
So plug them to the system, if you see that they aren’t plugging in move forward and work with who deserves it and that are teachable and coachable. The rest work with them in groups and not individual.
#2 Do they work alone or in teams?
80% of the people do 20% of the productivity in your team. That means that you need to learn to work in groups/teams to cater for the 80% of your team, the rest will be the leaders in your team that deserves your attention and time to help them go to that extra mile.
Your team system must cater both for groups (like team calls, events, trainings etc…) & individuals (for personally enrolled, leaders in your team etc…). Duplication is a key factor here. The more scalable it is the more easy it becomes.
#3 Is the system simple and easy to follow?
Once I heard that do what’s duplicatable not what works. Which means I can tell you what to do but I am not sure what you will tell to 100 people. This reminds me of the (Telephone Game we played as kids) :).
As an ex-professional chef I’ve learned to work with systems even recipes. We called them (SOP’s) Standard Operation Procedures! In your business you must have these too…. your TSOP (Team Standard Operation Procedures. Such as plug them to a closed FB Group and give the new members a warm welcome after they’ve put them in the system.
Imagine your business goes to Asia… using your team’s simply system and easy to follow will increase both the growth and retention rate. This is what I do and what we have in our primary business having teams in 16 different countries (same system in different languages).
