Network Marketing Follow Up Mindset Secrets
Know that 75% of your sign ups comes from following up
You showed 10… 20 people and nobody signed up?
Well… my question to you is…
Have you followed up with them yet?
See most people won’t join you on the spot.
You’ve got to follow up with them. (We call this dripping)
75% of the people you show will join because you followed up. It can take more than once (especially if they see they are interested).
Life gets in the way and when you follow up with your potential customers/partners it could be the right time for them to join you.
Always expect the sale from the first time you showed them
Closing starts from the moment you put them on your agenda.
How do you write your appointments?
This is how I write them… (Sign Up – Marisa Smith)
I already see them part of the team regardless what they say after the meeting.
95% is mindset and the rest are technicalities.
Imagine duplicating this with you team… everyone expects the sale!
You will go confident to your meeting as you have that seed planted.
People follow confidence not weakness.

Set a follow up meeting if you did not get a yes or no. (be specific)
When I got started I did the mistake that I did not know what to say or how to react when they told me ‘I’ve got to think about it, we will talk’.
That never really happened as they either ignored my calls or they just come up with excuses.
But…
Since I’ve changed that approach, I have a setup follow up meeting with them booked that they’ve agreed up on.
So, I would tell them something like this….
Hey, great that you’ve seen potential in this and you’ve got to think about it. Look here is how we work…
In two days time, I will call you to follow up and to get either a Yes or a No. When is the best time to call you… Morning, Afternoon or Evening?. (While I am putting the appointment on my phone agenda). Ok great… so expect a call from me in two days at 6pm in the afternoon… how’s that sound? Cool?

How to Follow Up with you potential customers/partners…
Update them with new promotions
So the first way I suggest you to do and it works like magic is to follow up with your prospects when your company launches a new promotion.
When you go and attend company events you will learn more about the new updates and new promotions, so take notes and during the break call them up.
Why I must call them during the break?
Reason is simple… you are in a positive and motivated environment so your energy is high and on another level.
Use that high energy level to set appointments as soon as you get back to your town, village or city to update them with the crazy new promotions.
This is a real winner!
Magic happens when your team does this during the breaks at an event.
They have appointments set before they get back home.

Update them with new stories (in their countries)
People tend to focus on sharing top leaders stories more often.
There is nothing bad about that but normal people tend to stay off the fence when they hear someone is making $20k+ a month.
Instead, share the new stories fresh out of an event.
These are more powerful and they are a great building block for your business.
Share a story of someone who barely made it to the training event and was on the verge of quitting and how they saw the vision and made a decision and in the last 3 days she enrolled 5-6 people.
These are more impactful and if they come from the same country even more.
Use the new stories to create new stories!
Update them with your progress
When you follow up with your personal prospects always update them on your progress.
There are people who ask you how is it going that deal you showed them as they expect you to quit anytime soon (so they be right) hahaha.
Or…
They are still interested and want to verify if it works for you so they can join you.
Your progress can be using your products or service and also monetary.
Product Example… “Since I’ve been using this product, my skin is smooth again and my rush has completely gone now”.
Monetary Example… “Well, I’ve been able to get rid of my part-time thanks to this. Since, the last time we talked, I doubled my part-time job income so I can take my wife of a trip now”.
Conclusion
With all the things going on in today’s life, people are getting distracted with more and more things.
So, as a Network Marketing Professional and a Servant Leader you’ve got to master the follow up skill and drip on people you have showed your business and the ones maybe that they’ve quit and now they are looking to join again… this time with you.
I believe that the moment you apply these tips and strategies I shared with you above, you will have more success in your business and increase your closing ratio.
