Little known Ways to Make Money Blogging

Most of the times when I am in seminars or even on social media people tend to ask me but can you make money blogging?

Little that I knew few years back I could be able to write about this as I had no blog, no idea where to start just excitement and determination to turn my passion into helping others and monetize on that.

Spending a lot of time on 3 am (my time) webinars and taking notes to learn from the best I started to see actually myself applying what I have been taught and put in into actions and that’s when the ball shifted were totally worth it. The answer for the question I asked in the beginning is YES! It doesn’t matter which niche or sector are you involved in as the possibilities to make money blogging are there. It is just you need to be patient to learn and tweak the best possible ways on your blog.

Being into home-based business or network marketing it is something I suggest to have a blog not when you are at the top but now. Here is the problem, many won’t start a blog because that say to themselves that who will read their blog. That is a wrong thinking as every human have knowledge that they can share with others. So my advice is to get a blog asap!

Sit down and make a Game Plan on which money making platforms and possibilities you are going to implement on your Blog. One tip never use all of them but be strategic!

So here are some Little Known Ways to Make Money Blogging

Advertising

This is not something I do as I am not in control on what ads appear on my blog. There are many ways of selling advertising space on a blog (this could almost be a series of it’s own) but the most know is Google Adsense. You can create a free account, select banner sizes and place them on your blog.

Sponsorship’s

Another form of advertising that a smaller number of bloggers are using is to find their own advertisers. Basically a blogger can reach out and shop or company and strike a deal in showcasing their product on their blog for a monthly fee or a yearly fee.

Affiliate Products

This is the one I highly suggest as it is something that I use for my blog and that allows me to generate income. You can either partner as an affiliate with a vendor (now also individuals have their affiliate products) or there are platforms like Clickbank or Commission Junction even Amazon that one can use. I love this way!

Merchandise

Another method that some blogs use with reasonable effect is to sell T-Shirts, Mugs, Stickers etc with the blog’s name, logo and/or taglines on it. This is another idea that will probably only work if you either have a brilliantly designed merchandise range and/or you have a cult-like status as a blogger with some fanatical readers who are a little obsessive about your blog.

Membership Site

Creating a Community or a Mastermind Group! You may start sharing some exclusive content or do monthly masterminding calls/webinars. You can set up a membership site (using WordPress) and charge a small monthly fee.

Create Your Products

This is the ultimate and the best way to make money from your blog! Nowadays you can easily create digital products and no shipping required or hiring people to do all the techy stuff for you. Websites like Fiverr, Elance & Odesk you can find freelancers that will help you in your creation. It has the highest turnover too!
