Top Things To Do When Your Network Marketing Company Launches In A New Country

Reach Out To People In Your Team

The first thing you should is to get in touch with your team and ask them if they know anyone in that country that your company is launching in.

If you are doing weekly calls you can mention it there.

Ask something like…

“Hey TEAM, our company is launching in a new country… we are looking forward to expanding our team there… Who do you know in Germany? “

Remember, do not rely on your company emails/social media about the launching but get to work and contact your team leaders.

I suggest you to strategize prior to the launch (even with your team) and something that you can do is to create a promotion for the customers & reps for that particular market/country.

ONE great lesson I have learned is that you go to a country/new market not to start a team but to grow a team.

Mention It With Curiosity & Excitement

If you are on social media, something that you can start doing is to warm your audience about the launching.

IMPORTANT TIP: Never ever… (did I say never 😀 ) mention your company name when you mention the launch but rather create curiosity and excitement around it.

Instead of posting this… “Hey, my company, (YOUR COMPANY NAME) is launching in Germany tomorrow. Reach out to me if you want to join.”

OR even worse you post the link for them to join.

Those things do not work and what those individuals who may see that post and maybe they are from that country and are open for new opportunities, they will simply go and GOOGLE your company’s name and that’s when they see the negative posts from unknown people and they will raise the resistance bar high because as humans we are trained to click on what’s negative and that’s the moment you lose them without even knowing.

What you should do is something like this…

“I’m so excited to be launching my business in Germany with my team next week. Man, it’s going to be a hectic and exciting week, but I know it’s going to be worthwhile.”

You did NOT say the name of your company, you don’t have a company link, you don’t have a sales page, and you don’t even have a call to action.

What you have done is created CURIOSITY.

Ask Your Warm Market/Friends/Acquaintances

Another thing that works is to reach out to your warm market or friends that might have traveled there or worked there in the past so they can refer you, someone.

Initiate a chat or call them up saying something like this…

“Hey (Friend name), I am excited that our company is launching in Germany and wanted to ask you, do you know anyone from there that I can connect with?”

Also, when you are in social events mention the launch and seek for referrals just by asking people and without mentioning your company.

They can lead you to someone that eventually grows a huge team in that country.
