Basic Principles to Know When to Stop Doing Presentations To Your New Reps
This is a common thread that many New Reps/distributors face.
Here are the basic principles to follow and the faster you understand this the better for you and your business.
#1 Do not make it about you
Biggest mistake is that you make it about you and not about them.
You see that when you become ‘The Presentation Man’ they will always call you when they have their prospects to show the product/service or opportunity.
This is a huge lesson I’ve learned that helped me in having team members build their business and not calling me to build their business.
Your task is to help them and teach them how to do this business by following the Tell, Show, Watch, Go system!
#2 Duplicate the system FAST
One of my biggest regrets in the beginning of my network marketing journey is to no duplicating the system FASTER.
The growth of your organization is based on duplication and leadership growth.
The faster you create duplication in your team the faster you develop leadership and also momentum in your whole organization.
#3 It is not about being perfect but being good than great
Some have this mentality that before their New Rep/Distributor is a professional and perfect presenter or speaker knowing every single ingredient in your company products and how the compensation plan works, then you allow them to build their business.
That is wrong!… completely wrong.
This is why many are self sabotaging their business and create frustration environment for their reps.
Do not expect perfection… perfect presentation? It does not exist.
Let the system work for you and the system will work for them too.
